You can upload your pet photo before adding the item to cart. Please choose a clear, front-facing photo with good lighting.

Clear photos with good lighting and a visible face work best. Please avoid blurry, very dark, or heavily cropped images. For best results, we recommend uploading a photo that is at least 1MB in size.

It is a custom lithophane artwork with a built-in light. When the light is off, it looks like elegant relief art. When turned on, your pet’s portrait softly appears.

Most of our products are custom-made and require 3–5 business days for production. Each piece is carefully created from your submitted photo, so processing time may vary slightly depending on order volume.

Once your order is completed, shipping usually takes around 15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, or holiday volume.

Please note: Because each item is made to order, we recommend placing your order in advance, especially during holidays or busy seasons, to avoid unexpected delivery delays.

For our US customers, we charge a flat shipping fee of $8. The shipping cost for our international customers depends on the destination of the order. If you’d like to see how much international shipping will be to your destination, please add an item to your cart and enter a shipping address into our shipping calculator. Typically, international shipping is $10. If there are any issues with delivery to your country, our Customer Service Team will contact you immediately.

Please contact us with photos of the package and item. We will help with a replacement if the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds to major credit cards usually take 1–2 business days to process. Refunds through PayPal may take around 7–10 business days, depending on PayPal’s processing time.
